how ALX ANO works
three spaces, one purpose: give you a way to say things you'd normally keep to yourself. ideas for anything that'd make the hub better, report for concerns, rumors or issues you've noticed, free space for whatever doesn't fit either.
what "anonymous" actually means: other students never see your name, only a generated tag. we keep just enough on our side to stop trolling or abuse, and only a couple of team leads can ever look that up, every time they do, it's logged.
what happens after you submit: it lands in the community team's queue, gets tagged, and tracked until it's actually resolved, not just filed away.
closegot a fix, a feature, an event idea, anything that'd make the hub better? drop it below, everyone can see and back the ones they like.
